Waterproof top.
Tracksuit bottoms.
Sweatshirt/hoody that is warm.

Shorts/skort
Spare clothing in case of wet weather
Do I
need to bring any food and drinks with me?
Yes, you should bring a packed lunch and
a water bottle that can be filled during the day once empty.
What
should I do if I don’t have any of the hockey equipment that I need?
Ideally, you should purchase as much of
the equipment as possible but we will have a supply of sticks that you can
borrow from.

What
should I do if I am late or unable to come at the last minute?
We are unable to refund the cost of the
course if you are unable to come at the last minute. If you are going to be
late please call the course administrator on 07765 217304
If
for any unforeseen circumstances my son/daughter cannot attend the course I have
book, how far in advance do I need to cancel to get a refund.
If you are cancelling a booking on a day
course, we will need 10 days’ notice to receive your money back minus a small
administration fee.
If you are cancelling a booking on one
of the residential courses, we will need 20 days’ notice.

What
happens if I want to book extra courses or add another child?
Simply visit the online store and
purchase an additional product.
My
son/daughter has never played before, is this course appropriate for them?
Unfortunately the academy courses are
designed for children with hockey experience.
My
son/daughter has played a high standard of representative hockey, is this
course appropriate for them?
Yes absolutely. All of our courses are
designed to stretch and challenge players no matter how experienced they are.
What
qualifications do the coaching staff have?
Most of our coaches are a minimum of
level one qualified or have extensive playing and/or coaching/teaching experience.
Is
there a qualified first aider present during the sessions?
Yes, there will always be a first aider
present and a medical kit.
My
child has a specific medical condition, who should I contact and how to find
out if the course is suitable?

Should
I provide my son/daughter with sun cream?
Yes, we are unable to supply or
administer sun cream.
Can
I drop my son/daughter off early?
Yes, staff will be present 45 minutes
before the official start time. If you need to drop off your son/daughter
before this time please contact academy@eghockey.co.uk or 01444 39 0253. It is not guaranteed
that we will be able to facilitate an early drop off.
Can
I collect my son/daughter later than the finish time?
Yes, staff will be present 30 minutes
after the official finish time. If you need to pick up your son/daughter after
that time please contact academy@eghockey.co.uk or 01444 39 0253. It is not guaranteed
that we will be able to facilitate a later pick up.
Does
my son/daughter need to bring any money?
No, there are no opportunities to
purchase anything.
